AFTER a chilly start this morning things are expected to improve as the day goes by.Dry weather and some sunny spells will see temperatures rise as high as 9 degrees Celsius, with some cloud in areas of North Lincolnshire.Cloud will increase as the evening goes on, with heavy rain expected overnight.Temperatures are forecast at around 4 degrees Celsius overnight, withy a rainy start expected to Thursday.
