North Lincolnshire Council has given its reaction to the court ruling which means retail giants M&S and Debenhams will come to Scunthorpe
A High Court Judge in London yesterday refused an appeal against the retail development on the outskirts of Scunthorpe.
This means this major development will finally go ahead. Work could start on the £20m project during summer this year – creating around 300 retail jobs and a significant number of construction jobs.
