AN UNEMPLOYED Scunthorpe man has been fined after he forgot to go for a drugs assessment, a court heard.Jason Granger, 37, of Cleveland Close, admitted failing to attend for a follow-up drug assessment on March 20.Rebecca Dolby, prosecuting, told North Lincolnshire magistrates that Granger was arrested on March 13 for a separate matter and gave a positive drug test.He was asked to go for an assessment but did not do so, she said.Granger told the court: "I am sorry.
