ULCEBY St Nicholas' Church of England Primary School has been labelled "inadequate" by Ofsted after a visit by inspectors.
The school, which had previously been told it was "satisfactory", has slipped to the bottom grade after the inspection in March.
Achievement of pupils, quality of teaching and leadership and management were all labelled "inadequate."
Behaviour and safety of pupils was graded "requires improvement."
