Firefighters were called to a chip pan fire in Barton-Upon-Humber town centre.The incident happened at a terraced house on High Street at around 9pm on Saturday, May 11.A Humberside Fire and Rescue Service crew was called to the scene but the fire had already been extinguished by the occupier when the crew arrived.Firefighters used a PPV fan and thermal image camera while at the property.They also removed a fridge-freezer, which was damaged by the fire, from the house.
