MEMBERS of a football club have tackled the highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales to raise money for charity.Players and officials at Bottesford Town climbed Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Mount Snowdon.The challenge, which began on June 15, saw the team aim to scale all three peaks in a 24-hour time limit.Members are hoping to raise £2,000, which will be split between the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, Teenage Cancer Trust and Lindsey Lodge Hospice.Team manager John Corbett and physio...
