A MAN accused of robbing his 88-year-old grandmother has again been remanded in custody.
Jason Mace, 20, of West Common Crescent, Scunthorpe, appeared at Grimsby Crown Court today for a preliminary hearing.
The prosecution added a new charge that he robbed Irene Mace of jewellery and cash on July 23.
He is also currently facing charges of burglary and assault, causing actual bodily harm, in connection with the incident.
No pleas have been entered.
