A CHILDREN'S playground which has been blighted by vandalism and antisocial behaviour is to be closed.Misuse of the St Albans Close playground in the Westcliff area of Scunthorpe has been discussed by the Brumby neighbourhood action team (NAT) since December 2011.Now, the North Lincolnshire Council-owned facility, which is also a fly-tipping hotspot, will be grassed over.The measure comes at the request of the NAT, ward councillors and residents.Peter Woodcock, chairman of the New Westcliff...
