TATA Steel has hired an independent company to provide a confidential reporting system for its 4,000 employees in Scunthorpe.
Would-be whistle-blowers on the 2,000-acre site are being encouraged to use the system known as inTouch.
Steelworkers have been told reports can relate to fraud, theft, corruption, health and safety risks and unethical behaviour, amongst other issues.
