A decision has been made on a scheme to create 16 new retail jobs in Scunthorpe - inside a new building.
An application for permission went before North Lincolnshire Council's planning committee at its November meeting in the Civic Centre, off Ashby Road.
But plans for a new warehouse on a Scunthorpe industrial estate were rejected.
Councillors on the committee were divided over the proposals to allow AM/PM UK Ltd to construct a warehouse with a height of 9.4 metres on Hebden Road.
