HUMBERSIDE Police responded to a two-vehicle collision close to the level crossing between Broughton and Appleby.
Police confirmed the road was blocked while the incident was dealt with.
The incident was reported to police at 1.15pm today (Tuesday, December 3) on the B1207.
It involved a Vauxhall Astra and a Nissan vehicle.
A spokesman for Humberside Police said: "It was a direct head-on impact."There were minor injuries."
