A PARROT who is named after a sparrow, but likes to impersonate Woody Woodpecker, has become the star attraction at an historic town centre pub.
He was bought as a Christmas present and is now entertaining regulars.
Landlord Richard Revell at The White Horse in Wrawby Streedt, Brigg, bought the yellow-fronted Amazon Green parrot as a Christmas gift for his wife Val who named him after the cult movie hero Captain Jack Sparrow.
