Plans for re-development of a well-known pub site in Scunthorpe have now been considered by North Lincolnshire Council.
The authority had to decide an application requesting the go-ahead to put 14 starter homes where a well-known hostelry once stood.
It has decided to refuse the application on The Poacher site in in Marsden Drive.
