A MESSINGHAM accountant has been jailed for four years for his part in a blackmail gang who menaced small business owners with chilling phone threats.William Adams and his brother-in-law Terence Cunningham Snr orchestrated a plot to extort cash after carrying out below-par work from a bogus tarmacing company.They targeted 13 companies in a nationwide network of scams, using vile threats to demand £163,800.
