A BROKEN down tanker is causing major tailbacks into Scunthorpe this morning (Wednesday). The tanker broke down while turning off Brigg Road, blocking almost the entire carriageway in both directions. Unemployment last month in North Lincolnshire fell to its lowest level in six years.The figures show there were 2,910 men and women on the dole compared to the previous lowest of 2,753 in October 2008, which is nearly 1000 less than the same time last year.
