A man who was seen dangling his legs over the side of a bridge in Scunthorpe was persuaded to come down by officers.
Humberside Police received a call at just before midnight on Sunday (May 5) about someone standing on the railway bridge at Howdens Hill with his legs dangling over the side.
Officers from Scunthorpe attended the bridge, which is near the town's railway station, and spoke to a 26-year-old man.
At 12.46am he was persuaded to come off the bridge and was promptly taken to Scunthorpe...
