HUMBERSIDE Fire and Rescue Service has been called to an incident in Scunthorpe.At 2.58pm today (Tuesday, May 7) firefighters were called to a rubbish bin fire on Frodingham Road in Scunthorpe.One hose reel was used to extinguish the fire.
