BOSSES at the Heineken brewery have announced a significant investment aimed at upgrading
the 56-year-old Lincoln Imp pub on Scunthorpe's Beechway estate.
But the big spend will depend on a new leaseholder coming forward to run the premises.
Last September, the future of the Imp looked in doubt after former tenant Kirsty Redding, 27, closed the bars shortly after agreeing to a five-year deal. Since then, the estate pub has been under a temporary manager.
