MORE than 20 arrests have been made by police for people making off without paying in North Lincolnshire, new figures show.Twenty of the 24 arrests were in Scunthorpe, with others occurring in Epworth, Appleby and Crowle.The figures were released in a Freedom of Information Request submitted by the Scunthorpe Telegraph.The figures show there were nine arrests in 2012/13, seven in 2011/12 and eight in 2010/11.Humberside Police said they could not guarantee whether these figures were for making...
