A FIREFIGHTER has warned that reserve staff being called up if strikes go ahead are not adequately trained.
The Fire Brigades Union (FBU) is balloting its members on a mass walkout over a pensions dispute with the Government.
If it is approved, industrial action could be held as soon as Thursday next week.
