THE following were dealt with at the Court Centre in Laneham Street, Scunthorpe, with North Lincolnshire magistrates deciding and announcing sentences in each case:
BRYAN JOHN WHITELEY, 26, of Crossbeck Road, Scunthorpe, was found guilty in his absence of failing to provide information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £40.
