THE latest planning applications received by North Lincolnshire Council include one proposing change of use to establish a taxi office in Scunthorpe.
The application has been submitted by Kelly Kabs, of West Common Lane.
The proposed site is 6 Collum Lane, Ashby, and the application sumitted to the council suggests 24-hour opening, seven days a week.
