POLICE investigating the death of a teenager who was killed after being hit by a car today launched an appeal for two potential witnesses.
Koen Allwood (15) died after he was struck by a vehicle in the Dam Road area of Barton at around 10.50pm on Wednesday November 13. A 15 year-old girl Koen was walking with was seriously injured.
