A visitor to Scunthorpe from South Yorkshire has hit out at parents over litter-dropping "slobs" following an incident in the Tesco Extra car park on the outskirts of the town.
Mary Bray, of Sheffield, says she came over to visit family and pulled into the car park at Tesco.
