Humberside Police was called out to the incident on the B1211, near Melton Ross, today (Wednesday, November 20) at 7.42am.
A Humberside Police spokesman said: "One casualty from the van was taken to Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby with injuries."They were not serious or life-threatening."The crane was not very damaged."

Fly-tipping really angers people in Scunthorpe
Fly-tipping concerns have been identified by a Freedom of Information request made by the Scunthorpe Telegraph to identify complaints lodged by residents with North Lincolnshire Council.
Fly-tipping was seen as a big problem, creating 628 complaints. And 277 others were made about bonfires and smoke.
There also 22 complaints about building alarms and nine over vehicle alarms.

POLICE have received reports that a man dressed as a clown has been knocking on doors and windows of homes in the Scunthorpe area before running off.
