A TOTAL of 78 drivers in northern Lincolnshire have been arrested during Humberside Police's festive drink-drive campaign. Out of 1,310 who volunteered to give breath tests on the south bank of the Humber, 53 were arrested. A further 25 people were arrested after being tested following a road traffic collision. A WOMAN was treated by paramedics last night after her car crashed into a field. The incident, which did not involve any other vehicles, happened on the A161 between Eastoft and Crowle. The car crashed into the field shortly before 10pm last night (Tuesday), with firefighters and police officers called to the scene. Three men were arrested in connection with an alleged copper theft in Barton yesterday. Humberside Police received a call shortly before noon on Tuesday reporting two men with copper cable on Far Ings Road. It was reportedly put into a car.
