The following offender was dealt with at the Court Centre in Laneham Street, Scunthorpe, with North Lincolnshire magistrates hearing the matter and passing sentence:
DANIELLE ROSE BOWSKIN, 19, of Oakwood Rise, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. She was committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, ordered to comply with programme and activity requirements and a 28-day curfew requirement. Police name Triumph motorcycle rider killed on A631
Police have named a northern Lincolnshire man as the motorcyclist who died following a collision on the A631 at Kelstern.
Lincolnshire Police this afternoon reported that Dr Geoffrey Wood, of Carr Road in North Kelsey, was killed in a collision on Monday, March 10 at around 12.15pm.
Police say Dr Wood, who was 56, died following a collision which also involved a Volkswagen Caravelle and a Renault Clio.

The thief stole the handbag from the front of the woman's mobility scooter before running away.

Top retailer Tesco has announced major investment in one of its North Lincolnshire stores.

Revealed: How many jobs second JD Wetherspoon pub will create
Mystery continues to surround the exact location that's been earmarked for North Lincolnshire's second JD Wetherspoon pub.
However, if a deal is struck to bring the new hostelry to Brigg town centre, as many as 45 new and part-time jobs could be created.
Wetherspoon pubs - part of a national chain - offer meals and a wide range of drinks at competitive prices.
The only Wetherspoon outlet in North Lincolnshire at present is the Blue Bell, in Oswald Road, Scunthorpe.

Pupils pay tribute to Adrian Gibbons their teacher who has died
Pupils have being paying tribute to Adrian Gibbons - their teacher who died aged 63.
Floral tributes in his memory have been placed beneath the sign at the entrance to Sir John Nelthorpe School, Brigg, where Mr Gibbons was a long-serving teacher.
He was a pupil at Brigg Grammar School - on the same site before teacher-training.
During the funeral service tomorrow, the old grammar school song Fortitudine will be sung.

UPDATE: Nearly 2,000 homes left without power in Scunthorpe
A POWER cut left nearly 2,000 homes in the Scunthorpe area without electricity.
It was reported to Northern Powergrid at 11.04pm last night (Tuesday, March 18).
A Northern Powergrid spokesman said it was a fault with an underground cable, and 1,898 properties were left without power.
The fault was reported in the Luneberg Way and Speedwell Crescent area of Scunthorpe.
The power was restored to all affected homes at 12.34am today (Wednesday, March 19).
