Plans have been announced to establish a car and caravan business on a prime site alongside the A18.
North Lincolnshire Council now has the scheme under consideration.
Car & Caravan Co Brigg Ltd is seeking planning permission to change the use of land for a car sales pitch.

A DRUNKEN pub customer who knocked a landlord unconscious and broke his jaw during a violent attack has been jailed for two years.
The victim was left unconscious for about 20 minutes and later needed an operation to insert a plate into his jaw. The incident had badly affected his life, a court heard.

North Lincolnshire people can get their dogs microchipped FREE today (Thursday, March 20).
From April 6 the law is changing and owners MUST get their pets microchipped so they can be identified.

Tesco has announced changes to the cashpoint and trolley arrangements at its Extra store on the outskirts of Scunthorpe.

Pub plans to become new live rock venue in Scunthorpe
THE action in Scunthorpe town centre is not all about cheap beer.
One venue is relying on live rock nights every Friday and Saturday night to pack the 500-capacity venue.
Oscar's in Gilliatt Street is managed by Jason Benstead who said the first show would be on April 4 with The Marras, The Tennetts and Native Braves on the bill.
Other dates so far confirmed are April 11 (Dogday Afternoon) and June 13 (The Backhanders).

More than £300,000 of benefit fraud was uncovered in North Lincolnshire over the last two years - and the council are now asking residents to help stop further offences.
From April 2013 to this February, 24 people were prosecuted for benefit fraud.
And as council tax letters go out at the start of the new financial year, North Lincolnshire Council are asking residents to report suspected benefit cheats.
