TWO people have been taken to hospital after a serious crash on the A18 Mortal Ash Hill near Scunthorpe.
A section of the road was closed after the two-vehicle accident, which happened at around 12.10pm today (Friday, June 5).

Fire crew called to car blaze
FIREFIGHTERS have been called into action to deal with a car fire.
A crew from Humberside Fire and Rescue Service was sent to the incident, which happened on Barrow Road in Barton-Upon-Humber.
The call was received by the fire service shortly before 11.30am this morning (Friday, June 5) and one hose reel was used to deal with the fire, with one crew member wearing breathing apparatus.
The car was moved to a safe position at the side of the road, awaiting the arrival of a recovery agency.
