Pub set to open carvery serving 100 people
Expansion plans at a North Lincolnshire pub-restaurant include the introduction of a 100-cover carvery.
This will operate within a free trade outlet.
Mum-of-four Rachel Todd, landlady at the First and Last in Kirton Lindsey, said they had already gained the necessary planning approval to build the carvery premises at a later date.

Flat evacuated after fire
A FLAT had to be evacuated in the early hours of this morning (Saturday, June 13) after a fire. The incident happened above a shop and the electric supply had to be isolated while the flat was evacuated. The fire involved a fluorescent light tube on a cooler which spread to some wooden panels. Humberside Fire and Rescue attended the incident at about 6.50am on Queen Street in Brigg.

The following offender was dealt with at the Court Centre in Laneham Street, Scunthorpe, with North Lincolnshire magistrates hearing the matter and passing sentence:
EITHAN JOHN TEANBY, 22, of Mill Lane, Brigg, pleaded guilty to two offences of theft and one of failing to surrender to custody. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge, fined £55, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.
